Evenbrook properties are non-smoking and pets are not accepted. Joint applicants are liable to pay the total rent for the property if other joint applicants don't pay.

Once you have submitted your details with attachment, we will contact you regarding the status of your application. If you pass the initial stage of the process, we will require you to scan and send to us your bank statements and payslips for the last 3 months.
