Evenbrook is a private Landlord with around 530 purpose built rented apartments/flats in the North Birmingham area.
At Evenbrook, we pride ourselves in offering value for money contemporary homes for rent with ongoing support and out of hours emergency repairs. For added peace of mind we have gated entrances and CCTV across our main Birmingham sites.
With no fees or security deposits* renting from Evenbrook is even more affordable. Our initial contracts are for 6 or 12 months but happily most of our residents choose to stay long term.
In short, we own, let and manage all our properties so you are always dealing directly with your landlord.

Established in 1994, Evenbrook is one of the UK's leading Build to Rent private rented property businesses - owning, letting and managing around 530 residential properties and a 660 bed student campus at our urban village development in Handsworth Wood, Birmingham. All of our properties were purpose built for renting including 120 new apartments. We provide quality homes for all that life brings and offer peace of mind with a straightforward approach and an on-site office in Brecon House on Browns Green. As a professional residential landlord our experience, expertise and established systems & procedures enable us to implement best practice and to protect our customers, colleagues and our business.
*All lettings are subject to status, terms and conditions apply. Applications are considered on their merits and multiple applications may be taken in respect of each property. Affordability of rent and related utility and other costs are assessed and successful applicants are normally in full-time permanent employment and may require a guarantor if it is a new job or a position they have only been in for a few months. We do not charge reservation fees or administration fees at any stage. We do charge for dilapidations beyond normal wear and tear. We do not take security deposits. We believe that we were amongst the first in England to end the charging of fees and taking of deposits when we did so in 2016.

We do not take or hold any security deposits and haven't done so since 2016 - which is when we also stopped charging any letting fees - you just pay the rent with Evenbrook.
