Established in 1994, Evenbrook is one of the UK's leading companies in private residential lettings and home management, owning, letting and managing more than 800 properties in the UK.
We offer a broad selection of houses and apartments in a number of locations, to suit a wide range of customers from young professionals to active elderly. Many of our properties are set in extensive grounds and are fully maintained to the highest standards.

Our vision is to provide large scale private affordable housing that is attractive to a wide range of people including key workers, younger 1 and 2 person households, students, young professionals and the over 55s. Our sites include ‘urban villages’ of low rise apartments offering an attractive place to live within a sustainable environment.
Evenbrook is an independent residential property investment group. The group was founded in 1994 by Chris Butterfield (Chartered Accountant) and John Coles (Chartered Surveyor) who retain 100% ultimate ownership.
The Evenbrook portfolio is managed from our central office near Birmingham. Our properties tend to be in suburban areas away from city centres and are concentrated around Birmingham and Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, together with properties in Bristol, Lowestoft, Manchester, Nottingham, Reading and Lewisham in London.
We have a strong financial base with audited group net assets at 30th September 2007 of £40 million.
Evenbrook is an active member of the British Property Federation. John Coles is a member of the Federation’s Residential Property Committee and recently gave evidence to the All Party Urban Development Group. Our commitment to the highest standards of customer service is supported by our membership of Real Service (an industry group focused on best practice).
